The ToN green closes for renovations on 26th Sept after our Greensman's Handicap. We have a re-arranged Longdendale game on the 25th

This Saturday and Sunday are both free (18th & 19th) and I'm definitely up for it.

I'm sure we can find 15 or so Tamesiders/longdendalers to rise to your challenge. Please register your interest here

Over to you Pete :)

Me and Michelle normally arrange a charity game at the end of the season to raise a bit of cash.

Where are you going on your holidays Conwaylad?  :o  ;D  ;)

The Tameside Saturday league is still raging on, I have a trip to The Boulevard this week for some tea drinking. I also could be in action all day Sunday in a comp so I'll have to declare myself out.

Tameside Saturday runs to Oct 2 and there's the Stamford Comp next Sunday. On top of that the Longdendale Cups are still running - Maybe a midweek kick off would better suit? Count me in regardless - think I'm still contracted to Michelle's team tho!

An 11up game with Joker wearing the Pedometer? Put me down for 40 steps!  ;D

We're away from this Sunday (19th) until the following Friday (24th) so if its a weekday night it'd have to be the following week. If North's is gonna be shut, have you tamesiders got an alternative ?

Mid-week evening game, would have to be a green with floodlights  ::)

The Rec would be the obvious other choice here, good facilities with a bar to boot  ;D

No message board members on here though from the Rec  :-\

By the 'Rec' do you mean Staylybridge ?. Might be a bit far for us Stockport boys. Grapes a good green but not shelter if it rains. What about Woodley, Riverside or the Navigation ?

Or Friday night the 24th at ToN. Would probs be back in time.

Yeah good point Pete, forget the Rec.

TON on Friday 24th is OK

Woodley, Riverside & Navi all good if somebody would confirm that their green is available for us to use.

Does Riverside have a bar?
